Terms of Use

1. The service

Agentika provides AI voice agents that answer calls and web conversations on behalf of your business, plus optional phone numbers, follow-up messaging, and related tools. The service is provided by AGsoundtrax LLC (Austin, Texas).

2. Phone numbers

Phone numbers claimed through Agentika are provisioned through our carrier partner and remain associated with your active subscription. One number is included per paid plan.

If your subscription ends or payment fails, your agent stops answering and the number is held in reserve for 30 days. During that time you can reactivate your subscription and keep the number, or request to port it to another carrier. After 30 days the number may be released back to the public pool.

Numbers may not be used for spam, robocalling, harassment, emergency-service impersonation, or any activity that violates carrier rules or applicable law (including the TCPA). We may suspend numbers used in violation.

3. Your content and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you teach your agent and for having the right to use any content you upload.

Call recordings, transcripts, and captured contact details are stored so you can review them in your dashboard. You are responsible for complying with call-recording and privacy laws that apply to your business and callers.

4. Acceptable use of the AI agent

The agent may not be configured to give medical, legal, or financial advice, to impersonate humans in a deceptive way where disclosure is required by law, or to collect sensitive data without a lawful basis.

AI-generated responses can contain mistakes. Review your agent's configuration and transcripts regularly; Agentika is not liable for business outcomes of individual conversations.

5. Billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of live agent minutes; unused minutes do not roll over.

You can cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case within 14 days of a charge.

6. Termination and changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time; associated numbers follow the 30-day policy above.
