Terms of Use

1. The service

Agentika provides an AI assistant widget that answers voice and text conversations on your website on behalf of your business, plus follow-up messaging and related tools. The service is provided by AGsoundtrax LLC (Austin, Texas).

2. Your content and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you teach your agent and for having the right to use any content you upload.

Conversation recordings, transcripts, and captured contact details are stored so you can review them in your dashboard. You are responsible for complying with recording and privacy laws that apply to your business and the people your agent talks to.

3. Acceptable use of the AI agent

The agent may not be configured to give medical, legal, or financial advice, to impersonate humans in a deceptive way where disclosure is required by law, or to collect sensitive data without a lawful basis.

AI-generated responses can contain mistakes. Review your agent's configuration and transcripts regularly; Agentika is not liable for business outcomes of individual conversations.

4. Billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of live agent minutes; unused minutes do not roll over.

You can cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are available within 14 days of a charge; see the Refund Policy at agentika.me/refund.

5. Termination and changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
