Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Agentika (agentika.me) is an AI assistant widget for business websites, provided by AGsoundtrax LLC, Austin, Texas. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it is handled, both for our customers and for the visitors who talk to an Agentika agent.

2. Data we collect from customers

Account data: your name, email address, and sign-in credentials, managed by our authentication provider (Clerk).

Business content: the website content, documents, and instructions you provide to train your agent.

Billing data: payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and Paddle). We never see or store your full card details; we keep only references such as customer and transaction identifiers, amounts, and your balance.

3. Data collected in conversations

When visitors talk to an Agentika agent, the conversation (voice and text), transcripts, and any contact details the visitor chooses to share (such as a name, email, or phone number) are recorded and stored so the business can review them in its dashboard and follow up.

If you deploy an Agentika agent on your website, you are responsible for informing your visitors and for complying with the recording, privacy, and consent laws that apply to your business.

4. How we use data

To provide the service: running your agent, storing conversation history, sending follow-up emails, and showing usage in your dashboard.

To operate the business: billing, fraud prevention, support, and service emails.

We do not sell personal data. Conversation content is not used to train third-party AI models.

5. Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: hosting and delivery (Netlify, Cloudflare), database (Neon), authentication (Clerk), AI processing (Anthropic and our voice infrastructure), email delivery (Resend), and payments (Stripe, Paddle). Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and conversation data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, or on request, we delete personal data within 30 days except where the law requires us to keep it (for example tax records of payments).

7. Cookies

We use cookies required for sign-in and session security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this policy with reasonable notice; the date above reflects the latest version.
