Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund window
You can request a refund for any purchase (subscription payment, pay-as-you-go top-up, or prepaid credit pack) within 14 days of the charge.
2. How to request a refund
Send your request through the contact page at agentika.me/contact or by email to info@agentika.me. Include the email on your account and the date and amount of the charge.
Purchases processed by Paddle can also be refunded directly through Paddle, using the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net.
3. Processing
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider that processed the charge (Stripe or Paddle). Once issued, the money typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
When a purchase is refunded, the credit it added is removed from your account balance.
4. After the refund window
Charges older than 14 days are not refundable. Unused prepaid credit never expires and stays available to you for as long as your account exists.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
